Complete and accurate preparation of all claims concerning patient information to eliminate claim rejections for incomplete or incorrect information.
Accurate and prompt submission of claims to insurance companies including Medicare, BlueCross/Blue Shield, Commercial payers, and Workers Comp whenever possible all claims are transmitted electronically.
Meticulous and persistent follow-through on all delinquent payments or rejected or downwardly adjusted payments.
New Clients have consistently experienced higher collection ratios, improved payment cash flows, and a better managed accounts receivable when coming from another billing company.
